C-OX

Cubic zirconia dioxide, or “С-ОХ” (the abbreviation comes from «cubic oxide») is cubic zirconia with a high (up to 50%) content of stabilizing oxides, most often yttrium oxide (Y2O3). The increased concentration of stabilizing oxides significantly changes the optical properties of the crystals by altering the coordination of doping oxides ions. In this way, it is possible to obtain crystals of green, blue, deep blue and other colors unusual for cubic zirconia with a lower (up to 20%) content of stabilizing oxide. C-OX crystals are widely used in jewelry.
